Please read these terms and conditions carefully as your use of the Credit Union’s Bulletin Boards tells us you have read and agreed to these terms. The Bulletin Boards are provided by Los Angeles Firemen’s Credit Union to the members as a courtesy only. As such, Los Angeles Firemen’s Credit Union reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to post, refuse, withhold, delete and/or remove any listings, advertisements or content for any reason at any time. The Bulletin Boards are solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

By you providing information on the Bulletin Boards you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and that all information provided by you is accurate, current and complete.

Neither Los Angeles Firemen’s Credit Union nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, partners and/or agents (collectively “Credit Union”) make any warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy, completeness and/or results to be obtained from use of information provided by this service. As such, you must evaluate and bear the risk associated with the use of any content on the Bulletin Boards.

Neither the Credit Union nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, partners and/or its agents shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in this service, or the contents of any advertisements, or for assertions or omissions therein. By using the Bulletin Boards, you acknowledge and agree that the Credit Union shall not be liable for any third-party claims or losses or damages of any kind or of any nature, and that, for example, should a dispute arise among the participants, the Credit Union has no obligation to become involved. In the event you have a dispute with a user(s), or a problem with the Bulletin Boards, you agree to release the Credit Union and its officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors and assigns, for damages arising out of or in any way connection with such disputes and/or the Bulletin Boards. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

NEITHER THE CREDIT UNION, NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, AND/OR AGENTS, OR ANY OF THEM, MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE BULLETIN BOARDS, THE CONTENT, ANY ADVERTISING MATERIAL, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE BULLETIN BOARDS, AND/OR THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, THE CREDIT UNION, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY ALLEGATION REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE BULLETIN BOARDS.
