I'm 33 and do find myself with the attitude towards the generation younger than me as disrespectful and lacking in work-ethic. But I've probably been perceived as that by the generation older than me. As maturity sets in I see how important certain values are and now hope to instill them in my children even if I did not take them seriously 10 or 20 years ago. Great article!
